McClung Realty specializes is ala cart services.  You pay for what you would like us to do.  If you are a buyer, we will pay you a 50% buyer rebate on the sales commission.  Search the MLS from our website, find what like and give us a call.  We will require a buyers brokers agreement to be eligible for a buyers rebate.  We also offer great home insurance rates through our affiliate McClung Insurance to make your closing easier.

  If you are a seller we can provide limited services for a fee or handle everything for you.  For example, here are some of our no frill services and fees: (Remember, most buyers use a realtor since it doesn't cost them anything and realtors search the MLS for their clients)

MLS listing $500 - You handle all advertising and negotiations, contracts etc.  We only will put your home on the multiple listing service.  We will also place your property on our website for no additional charge.  We will provide a market analysis and provide you with listings, pendings and solds in your area.  Your MLS listing will be good for one year.  We will provide you with a FOR SALE sign to place on your propery alerting drive buy realtors that your property is on the MLS.

MLS and contract negotiation: $500 + 1/2% of selling price. No advertising except as noted above. Price does not include buyers agent commision which is determined by the seller.

Full listing 6% which includes 3% for the listing agent and 3% for the buyers agent.
